THE BIG THREE TREATMENTS!
In our clinic we utilize several different procedures to help our patients achieve and maintain optimal health. Three of those treatments are especially impactful on the health and wellbeing of many our patients. We refer to them as the Big Three!
It is well established that chiropractic care is beneficial. We offer low force, full spine and extremity adjusting that truly sets us apart from most adjusting styles, and is more in demand all of the time. This core treatment used with the Big Three brings amazing results in overall health and wellness. So let’s introduce the Big Three:
First, we offer the Body Scan in which we check the glands, organs, immune system, toxicity, lobes of the brain, and more. It is a thorough muscle-testing procedure that is very popular in our clinic. This scan takes the guess work out of choosing what nutrients or homeopathic formulations are needed by your body. Patients leave with specific information that allows them to know what to do next to start the road to optimal health.
Next, is our FDA-approved Cold Lasers that have over 100 different settings and are so safe that they are approved for patients to use at home.
The lasers have 3 blended wavelengths that allow for shallow-to-deep penetration into the tissues that need treatment. Lasers have been proven (we have the references) to increase energy production through mitochondrial activation, and increase protein synthesis, blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and oxygen flow. This means that they accelerate the healing process! The lasers have also been proven to reduce pain and inflammation! The third part of the Big Three is our acupuncture treatments using lasers, not needles. We use the Acugraph Digital Meridian Imaging ™ system to analyze and document the energetic status of the patient’s acupuncture meridians. This painless procedure allows the patient to take home a printed copy of their graphic interpretation of the meridians checked. In addition, a copy of involved meridians may be printed, with a copy of specific points that the patient may use at home to accelerate clinical response and healing.
Think of the requirements of a garden, you understand that you need good soil, good sunlight, and proper water. If you compare those needs to your body, you would understand that knowing where to begin (Body Scan) and providing the proper nutrition represents good soil. The cold lasers provide the light wavelengths (sunlight) to improve function, and our acupuncture treatments using lasers, not needles, are analogous to a good drip system.
You can see why we are so excited to provide these services to our patients and why they respond so well to it!
To see a live discussion and demonstration of these amazing treatment protocols, call Hancock Healthcare at 445-5607 ASAP to reserve your seat for the class we will offer on July 27th, 2017 from 4:00 to 5:15 PM. Seating is limited, so call today!

HAVE A HEART THAT LASTS
Here is an interesting fact…when you combine men and women in the research; you will find that the average difference between your health span (how long you are healthy) and your life span (how long you live) in the US is eleven years!
What that really means is that you will have 11 years of aches, pains, diseases, conditions and problems before you croak. Great!
So then, what do we do with that little nugget of information?
The obvious thing to do is to rise above the health level of the average person in this country by eating real food, and getting regular exercise. Please tell me that that is not new or shocking to you!
Proper diet and exercise are essential to maintaining good cardiovascular AND overall health. Some nutritional supplements can be very important, also. For example, did you know that vitamins E and K2 can actually clean out your arteries? How cool is that?
The Mediterranean diet has been around for many years and is still the one that we recommend for everyone. Recent studies show that it helps prevent dementia, osteoporosis, and arthritic pain. Plus, it just tastes great.
At our class on December 15th, I will give you the essentials of the Med diet, and explain all of the latest research on how to take care of your cardiovascular system. As always, we will test some volunteers for cardio risk factors.
We will discuss how the medical profession treats cardiac events (is everyone deficient in a blood thinner and a statin?), and the logic behind what they recommend.
Please join us from 4:00-5:15 PM on the 15th to hear the latest info on the #1 killer in the country and how avoid being a victim! Call 445-4507!

Body Scan
See if this sounds familiar…
You have some health issues that have been plaguing you for a few months or even for a few years and you can’t take it anymore. Sooo, you go to your medical doctor and explain your situation. Usually there are two possible scenarios:
Door #1: You find out that they have no idea about what is causing your problems, so you must be deficient in some kind of anti-depressant. Really? You probably aren’t even depressed, are you? You aren’t happy about your health issues but, depressed? Nope!
Door #2: They DO have some solutions for your symptoms, but all of their solutions are drugs and they all have a huge list of side effects. Just what you wanted, right? You wanted to trade your long-standing conditions for some unpredictable and scary side-effects! The big question is this….are your health conditions going to get better on the suggested drugs, or are they just going to get covered up?
In our clinic, we have done over 450 Body Scans for our patients and we regularly have both explanations for their health issues, and solutions for them!
The Body Scan was developed by Dr. John Brimhall, one of the most respected and well-known doctors in the entire country. All of my training has been directly from this amazing man!
At our class on September 29th from 4:00 to 5:15 PM, we will demonstrate just how thorough and fascinating the body scan is. You will see that health conditions can be explained and treated naturally by simply using muscle-testing procedures that have been around for over 50 years in combination with the Body Scan protocols.
Join us for this one-time-this-year special class where you may be tested at no charge! Call 445-5607 today!

How to gain weight and have poor health
Did you hear about the study that was released late in 2015? It was almost too painful to read. It said that 67% of women and 75% of men in this country are either overweight or obese.
Does that even seem possible?
If you look at people in the mall, or any of the big box stores, or…heaven forbid…in your own mirror, you will see clear evidence of this growing problem and therefore have proof that it is indeed possible.
It is time, once again, to review the negative consequences of these conditions, so repeat after me. It increases your risks of:
- Heart attacks
- Strokes
- Osteoporosis
- Type 2 diabetes
- Dying from every form of cancer
- Looking like jabba the hut
For those of you who actually want to increase your health care expenses, put a burden on your family, and accelerate your own demise, we have some great news for you!
On january 21st, 2016, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm, we will be offering a unique, one-time-only chance to learn about the latest, proven methods to destroy your health using the most effective methods known to man.
You will hear about some of the old favorites like never avoiding sugar…ever, never exercising unless you feel like an Olympic athlete and have 4 hours with absolutely nothing else to do, always eating 125% more food than your stomach wants you to, and one of my favorites…telling yourself that you don’t look so bad compared to those aforementioned flabbies you see at the mall.
So grab your phone and call Hancock healthcare today at 445-5607 to reserve your seat. Seating is limited, so don’t miss out!
See you there!

Finding Digestive Comfort
Many digestive complaints may be due to an imbalance of intestinal microflora. Digestive discomforts such as bloating, indigestion, and mild or occasional constipation or diarrhea could be warning signs of an imbalance of intestinal bacteria referred to as microflora. Certain inflammatory disorders (e.g., inflammatory bowel diseases) are also associated with microflora imbalance. Stress and other lifestyle factors including diets high in sugars and low in fiber can foster harmful bacteria growth. Frequent or prolonged use of certain medications can also disrupt microflora balance.
Good bacteria are good for your health. Your gastrointestinal (GI) tract is home to hundreds of bacterial strains, including both good and bad bacteria. One of your GI system’s main functions is to rid the body of harmful bacteria and maintain a favorable ratio of health-promoting microflora. “Friendly” bacteria aid in digestion, intestinal motility to promote regular bowel movements, and immune function to defend against infection by food-borne of other disease-causing germs.
A “probiotic” may help restore balance. Daily supplementation with beneficial probiotic bacteria complements healthy eating, regular exercise, and managing stress to support digestive, immune, and overall health. Probiotics can also be used strategically to help respond to brief flare-ups of digestive distress, such as travel-associated diarrhea or discomforts associated with irritable bowel syndrome.
Get the right probiotic to meet your needs. Different probiotic strains have unique benefits. So it’s important to select a beneficial combination of probiotic strains to get the health support you need. Make an appointment to discuss how a targeted probiotic can help you.
