Cancer
The “C” word can create more fear than almost anything else in your life, and cancer is not going away. It is the number 2 disease killer in the USA and is expected to pass heart disease as the number 1 killer in just a few years.
The first step when discussing cancer is to consider the causes, so let’s start with our horrible American diet. Please tell me that you are aware of the tragedy of what we eat!
You may be consuming GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) foods, processed foods, refined sugar, which is the #1 food of choice for cancer cells, or coffee, which makes the body more acidic. Making your body acidic increases your risk of cancer, parasites, and osteoporosis.
The National Cancer Institute said in 1999 that cancer is a fruit and vegetable deficiency. Former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop said that 68% of ALL death in this country is due to nutrition-related diseases. Those are two pretty good indications that we should eat properly.
We should look carefully at environmental toxins, which are associated with 90-95% all of cancers according to some research, and how to safely remove them from our bodies.
It is also wise to look at a nutritional supplement like vitamin D, which has been shown to help treat 16 different forms of cancer. A recent study from 2016 found that vitamin D blood levels of 40 or more cut cancer risks by an amazing 67% in women!
